Refund requests
If a template is not right for your needs, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing team@mycologic-accounting.madethis.app from the address used at checkout and including your order details.
Refund timing
After our founder confirms your request, MadeThis issues the refund within 2 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it, so the full process can take up to about two and a half weeks.
How the charge appears
Payments for this store are processed by MadeThis, so the charge appears as MADETHIS, not Mycologic. If you see a charge you don't recognise, that's what it is — please email us before disputing it with your bank.
Digital access
A refund does not automatically revoke files already downloaded or access already provided.
